Reliance Jio’s Jio Dhana Dhan and Jio Summer Surprise are ending, and customers will soon have to pay the full amount. It seems that state-owned BSNL is looking to capitalize on this with its new plans for postpaid subscribers. BSNL customers under Plan 99 get 250MB of data (compared to the former zero), those with BSNL 225 get 1GB (versus 250MB previously), and those in B SNL’s Plan 325 get 2GB (as opposed to 250MB earlier). Users enrolled under Plan 525, and BSNL 725 now get 3 GB (previously 500 MB) and 5 GB data (once 1 GB). Those with subscriptions 799, 1125, and 1525 will not get any additional benefits yet. This comes days after BSNL announced the Sixer 666 package for prepaid subscribers with 120 GB data.
BSNL is not the only one with offers. The Airtel Monsoon Surprise offer announced last week is now live. All postpaid users get 30 GB of free data for three months, which equates to 10 GB per month. Postpaid users can take advantage of this by downloading the My Airtel app from Google Play or the App Store.

OnePlus 5 reportedly does not adjust the stereo audio recording channels. Early OnePlus 5 users have reported that recording with the OnePlus home button on the right reverses the audio while registering on the left makes the left/right channels sound as they should. Ideally, all smartphones with stereo speakers will change their audio tracks from left to right (or vice versa) during recording, depending on the orientation of the phone, to record optimal sound for the video. The OnePlus 5 doesn’t do that and instead sticks to the correct or reverse channel. This issue is also plaguing OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T users. Hopefully, OnePlus will come up with a solution soon.
