After making a big splash at MWC 2017, as promised, HMD Global has launched a trio of Nokia Android smartphones in India. The Nokia 3, Nokia 5, and Nokia 6 have launched in India starting at Rs. 9,499 and will run on stock Android Nougat with 4G VoLTE support. The Nokia Android smartphones will also have several launch offers, such as cashback for Amazon Prime members and discounts on Kindle eBooks and Makemytrip.com.

They are starting with the Nokia 6, which is priced at Rs. 14,999 and will be an Amazon India exclusive. Nokia 6 specs include Snapdragon 430 SoC, 3GB RAM, 5.5-inch full-HD display, 3000mAh battery, 16-megapixel rear camera, and 8-megapixel front-facing camera. The smartphone will be available for registration on Amazon from July 14.

The Nokia 5 costs Rs. 12,899 and will be available only through offline retailers, with pre-bookings starting July 7. Pre-books will be carried out through select mobile shopping channels in all major cities in India. The phone features a 5.2-inch HD display, Android 7.1.1 Nougat, a Snapdragon 430 processor, and 2 GB of RAM. It also has a fingerprint sensor, 16 GB of built-in storage (expandable up to 128 GB), a 13-megapixel sensor on the back, and an 8-megapixel sensor on the front.

The Nokia 3 is the company’s most affordable smartphone at just Rs. 9,499 and will be available exclusively through offline shopping channels from June 16. The handset sports a 5-inch HD display, Android 7.0 Nougat, 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek 6737 SoC, and 16GB of built-in storage, which is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card support. You also get an 8-megapixel camera on the front and back of the phone, which runs on a 2650mAh battery.

Lenovo launches Moto E4 and Moto E4 Plus with Android 7.1. After recent leaks, Lenovo has made the Moto E4 and E4 Plus official in the US and some other countries. The two budget smartphones are equipped with the latest Android software, a fingerprint sensor, and a flash on the front. The Moto E4 costs $129.99 (about Rs. 8,300), while the E4 Plus costs $179.99 (about Rs. 12,240). Moto E4 and Moto E4 Plus run on a Snapdragon 400-series SoC, although Lenovo previously told Gadgets 360 that the MediaTek MTK6737M chipset would power them outside North America.

Click farms are one of the many scams one can approach to artificially increase the number of likes or shares for your web page or social posts. Thai police have arrested Chinese men for running such a farm and have seized 500 smartphones and nearly 400,000 Thai SIM cards allegedly used in operation.

HTC U11 is to be launched in India on June 16. The U11 is HTC’s flagship smartphone that was recently announced worldwide, and now the company is all set to throw it in India. HTC has sent official invitations to the event that will take place on June 16. The HTC U11 will be the second smartphone in India to come with the Snapdragon 835 SoC, after the Sony Xperia XZ Premium. Sony’s New Announcements at E3 2017 Sony may not have had a flashy new game console to show off at E3 2017, but it more than made up for it with its upcoming titles. Call of Duty is back this year with a new World War II chapter. The game will launch on all platforms on November 3. In addition to the new titles, Sony has also announced PlayLink, which allows you to play games on your PS4 via a smartphone. It aims to involve your family or friends to play together, and games range from crime thrillers to rapid-fire quizzes.

Logitech Introduces World’s First Wireless Charging Mouse Pad Wireless charging for smartphones may not have moved as fast as the industry had hoped, but Logitech seems to have found a more practical use for it. The G Powerplay is the world’s first mouse pad with wireless charging, and Logitech has also launched two mice: the G903 and G703. The mouse pad costs about $100 (about Rs. 6,433) and will be available in the US this month.
